Last time, something happened at my workday in EDC section.

The event was a quality problem.

Besides, I had been taken to solve it at that time and notified our director and supervise

of a quality problem about no texture on the disk. I thought that I had done my best.

The director's attitude let me get a bad mood. The machine of the EDC continued producing,

but the process didn’t always go smoothly. Especially, the technology of our maintenance was

not so good, sometimes; the machine was repaired easily. In fact, the machine was always

breakdown during the production,

Our director had been sorted out the question and he thought that it is not only a human factor

but a mechanical factor. In addition, science and technology companies had a period of the

quality management to inspect and measure the machines.

In case of the machine had some problems, but it wasn’t happened during the inspection.

The company’s check list of the machine was broadly.

That measurement was only a spotted check and could not find all problems during inspection.

Our company must control the cost and save the manpower,

so our staffs needed to have responsible for many machines and do many works alone.

I trust my colleagues had checked machines as usual,

so I thought that problem didn’t belong to a human factor.

But our director emphasized it was not only a human factor but a mechanical factor.

Furthermore, he told me that we should check the machine with the list and should not

have accident in the process. In other words, it was a human factor.

He didn’t stay with me when I wanted to explain it clearly. That let me be very angry.

I talked with my director about that quality problem.

Later, I went to the visual room in order to check the problematic disk，

But the measurement found the problematic disks were only 3 cases. 

The first case had only 3 pieces and the second case had a whole case.

The third case all was not to carve. Under in an hour, the machine could produce 3 cases

during the production. The machine had a problem gradually,

but it could not make the machine breakdown. I thought it likely to happen.

Finally, the director’s inference was that it was a mechanical factor.
